Over the weekend our school community came together to celebrate Christmas with our annual Tree Trimming event. The grade five and six class organized the afternoon event with games, colouring, music, signing, and decorating the school Christmas tree. New families to our school brought ornaments to add to the decorations already donated from past years. The winner of the 50/50 contest was Ms. Barb Anderson. Teresa Coleman won the candy guessing game. We would like to thank Ms. Yvette Coleman for accompanying on piano and leading the sing-a-long.

On Tuesday evening our school hosted our annual Christmas concert. It was a very special night with class performances, choir performances, brass band performance, a string band performance, a Brazilian Christmas performance and, a cello soloist.
